Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the Integrated Time Line model are widely known as some of the most effective methods for creating quick, lasting change.
NLP is how we use the language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes. NLP is the study of how we communicate to ourselves and others, and how our communication creates and affects our behaviors. It involves how we process information through our five senses and then run programs which produce our behaviors.
Time Line Therapy is a specific process where you will imagine floating above your time line in order to release negative emotions, eliminate limiting decisions and create a positive future for yourself. Time Line Therapy techniques have successfully demonstrated results in a wide variety of presenting problems, and allow you to make long-lasting changes in a very rapid way.
Consider it like a chance to hit the reset button. Together we take a deep dive to discover how you are stuck in an area of life, and identify the limiting beliefs, the patterns, and the internal conflicts which are holding you back, and then release them. In the second part of the breakthrough we use hypnosis, NLP and Time Line Therapy techniques to create a new future with action steps and a follow up plan.
