Hypnotherapy is the use of a heightened state of focus and concentration in order to help the client change certain thoughts and behaviors, such as nail biting or stopping smoking. The hypnotherapist guides the client into a state of deep relaxation and focused use of the imagination where positive suggestions are more easily received. Being in hypnosis can feel similar to a guided meditation. During a session you could open your eyes, move, or respond at any time. Hypnotherapy is used by people of all walks of life to change behaviors and overcome limiting beliefs in a very rapid and lasting way.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coaching

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is how we use the language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes. It is a set of techniques which improve communication with ourselves and others, and is a field of study which explains how our communication creates and affects our behaviors. NLP is an understanding of how we process information through our five senses (visual, auditory, kinesthetic, olfactory and gustatory) and then run programs which produce our behaviors. By bringing conscious awareness to these programs we can effectively be able to change them for greater self control and success. Used in a therapeutic setting we can reverse years of negative childhood programming and create new conditioned responses for positive change.

Integrated Time Line Therapy

Time Line Therapy is a powerful therapeutic process in which we use the imagination to work with significant events from the past in order to achieve several outcomes. We release stored negative emotions, such as anger, sadness, guilt, hurt, fear and shame. We go back and remove limiting decisions made in response to a significant event such as a belief about money, relationships or a destructive pattern. We can assist with the body’s ability to heal from physical symptoms related to illness.

Throughout the process the client is fully aware and responding to my guidance. At the end we also set in place the desired outcome and insert positive anchors into the timeline with specific measurable goals. Integrated Time Line Therapy techniques have successfully demonstrated results in a wide variety of presenting problems, and allow one to make long-lasting changes in a very rapid and cathartic way. The Breakthrough Session is typically done in a one day format, however, I also incorporate some of these techniques into regular hypnotherapy, specifically when working with phobias or limiting decisions.


Reiki means “universal life force energy” and is a safe, hands-on healing modality, which originated in Japan. Results can range from emotional clearing to relief from physical symptoms, and attracting what the client is needing at the time.

Besides fundamentally helping with relaxation and controlling stress, Reiki is also used to assist with inflammation, migraines, recovery after surgical procedures and more. Similar to acupuncture or massage, Reiki helps facilitate our body’s own natural healing process.
